SITADA — Sistema Integrado de Trámite y Atención de Denuncias Ambientales
SITADA has a “noise pollution” category and issues an online tracking number.
Environmental complaints online: felling, wetland infill, earthworks, water or air pollution, waste, wildlife, protected areas and noise. It issues a tracking number.
No account or password needed. It asks for your details but has a checkbox to treat them as confidential — tick it. Save the complaint number: it is how you follow the case.

What it rests on
Executive Decree 44486-S, Environmental Noise Control Regulation, in force since 20 December 2024.
In residential zones the limit is 65 dB from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and 40 dB after that. In commercial zones, 55 dB at night.
General Health Law 5395.
That decree replaced 39428-S. Many guides online — and the occasional official — still cite the old one: if they answer you quoting 39428-S, it is out of date.
